REGISTRATION STEPS FOR CONTINUING FOREIGN (I-20) STUDENTS

• SUBMIT ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FORMS REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AT ADMISSIONS & REGISTRATION.

Make an appointment. Call 735-5531 through 5534.

• SEE YOUR ACADEMIC ADVISOR.

Students enrolled in the Adult High School Diploma Program, GED Program, Culinary Arts, Practical Nursing, Criminal Justice Academy, and foreign students (I-20) must meet with their advisor prior to registering for classes.

• OBTAIN YOUR USERNAME and PASSWORD.

Students may obtain their username and password at the Admissions & Registration Office at the Student Services and Administration Building. Please bring proper identification.

• UPDATE HEALTH RECORDS (as needed).

As required by public law, health records must be updated before registering for classes each semester. Please update your health records at the Student Health Center.

• UPDATE FINANCIAL RECORDS (as needed).

Please clear any outstanding balances before registering for courses. Students with a past due balance will not be allowed to register.

• LOG IN TO MYGCC AND REGISTER FOR COURSES.

Using your preferred internet browser visit our homepage, www.guamcc.edu,

o Click on the MyGCC link on the homepage,

o Log in at MyGCC using your MyGCC username and password, and

o Using MyCourses you can begin registering.

• RENEW YOUR STUDENT I.D. & PARKING DECAL.

Student Identification card and parking decal must be obtained at the Student Support Office located in Building B. You must pay for your student fees before obtaining your student I.D. and parking decal.

• PURCHASE YOUR BOOKS.

Students may purchase their books at the GCC Bookstore located on the GCC campus.

• PAY FOR COURSES.

Students may pay for tuition and fees at the Cashier’s Office located in the Student Services & Administration Building. All accounts are due the day before classes start.
