Dr. Herominiano delos Santos began his term as president of Guam Community College on June 16, 2000. Dr. delos Santos received his doctorate in Education, Administration Educational Policy and Management from the University of Oregon in 1987. He received his masters and bachelors degrees in Education from the University of Guam in 1979 and 1976, respectively. Dr. delos Santos has worked at the College since 1989 and has held several positions such as the Dean of the School of Business and Professional Services, Director of Continuing Education, Associate Dean, and Director of the Pacific Region Vocational Teachers Education Academy.
