“Community non-profit organizations and public agencies shall be charged
a fair usage cost for the use of the facilities. If the use requires special equipment and/or
services (such as supervision, set up, clean up, security, etc.), the
organization or agency shall be charged additionally for equipment and labor in
accordance with the schedule of fees.”
SCHEDULE
OF FEES
$100 for 4 hours (Standard Classroom)
$150 for 8 hours (Standard Classroom)
$300 for 4 hours + $200 (lab attendant) = $500 (Lab)
$600 for 8 hours + $400 (lab attendant) = $1,000 (Lab)
Use of a
Lab will require a lab attendant at the rate of $50 per hour.
Entities
interested in room rentals shall maintain harmony within the College’s
environment.
Entities
permitted to rent rooms shall not cause undue burden for

room rentals may be waived through program fees with the approval of the Office
of Continuing Education.
All
room rentals will be coordinated through the Office of Continuing Education.
Room
availability will be based on the following priorities: instructional, student organizations,
non-profit organizations/associations or public agencies, and for profit
organizations.
A fifty
percent room rental deposit will be collected one week prior to the date of
occupancy.
The
method of payment for room rental will be through cash, check, credit card, or
purchase order payable to

will be a $50 fee assessed for clean up.
